Source Inspection
Services
As process systems in biopharmaceutical facilities evolve
to modular construction, and semiconductor facilities require
increasingly complex and cleaner components, supplier audits
and source inspections have become more critical to the timely
delivery of quality equipment and materials.
We conduct pre-production
meetings/vendor surveillance and serve as a liaison between
the client, engineering firm and vendor to monitor the
equipment process. QAM will assist in defining the
scope of work that will be performed at each vendor/supplier
site, including the level of surveillance and schedule
in-progress and final inspections. We
review vendor documentation packages
to ensure all required information is included prior to
Factory Acceptance Testing.
QAM performs
inspections and assists in validation of many different
